ZOOMCARE CENTRAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
ZoomCare operates seventeen neighborhood healthcare on demand clinics in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking a full time Operations Specialist to be accountable for the daily management of our central operations including inventory and facilities management and department projects.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
Inventory purchasing, receiving, and invoice reconciliation. Must achieve targeted stock levels for supplies and service levels for stock out responses.
Monitoring inventory levels including usage reports, out-of-stock reports, and special reports, analyzing these records, recommend corrective action, and implement improvement actions.
Managing key vendor relationships.
Provide support to central department functions including people support and facilities.
Other duties as assigned.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to work at a computer and stand for long periods of time.
Project timelines and work volume / deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
Rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.
Relevant work experience greatly valued
