location. The role of the

Marketing Information Systems Coordinator “CRM Manager”

is to The primary function of the Marketing Technology Manager is to support MHC’s Marketing Technology Systems, execute marketing campaigns related to the systems and perform data mining and analysis. Marketing systems include Customer Relationship Management software, site management system for company website and business system, and third party data mining.

Job Responsibilities:
Execute the Customer Relationship Management strategy and provide front line support.

This includes training and supporting end users, identifying infrastructure and process enhancements to improve system, and execute specific campaign programs including lead distribution and performance tracking.

Use the site management system and a basic knowledge of HTML to update the corporate website, maintain branch information and set up customer extranet accounts.

Utilize various data sources to assist in the reporting of relative market share, prospecting and competitive analysis. Working knowledge of database design and reporting using Microsoft products, Access and Excel PivotTable functionality required for this task. Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests submitted to Marketing.

Support other Marketing needs on an as needed basis.

Track toll-free telephone numbers for the purpose of determining advertising and marketing program effectiveness. Administration and maintenance of database. Create and distribute monthly reports to the branches detailing their marketing process.

Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required, especially Access and Excel. Must have a versed knowledge of Microsoft Excel PivotTable functionality.

Basic knowledge of HTML.

Advanced understanding of database concepts and design.

Detail oriented, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data and analysis.

Structured Query Language experience preferred.

Must be data driven with demonstrated analytical skills.

Experience with Social Media and Google Analytics preferred.

Five years of experience preferred, with at least one to two years of direct supervisory experience.

College degree or equivalent experience. Preferred degrees included Management or Information Systems.
