As a Chef de Partie your role will include: Job Responsibilities:
Supports the outlet chefs and is responsible for supervising kitchen staff and working on all stations within the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and plating of all hot and cold foods to outlet standards, guiding & training culinary employees and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards, and conducting product inventories
Job Requirements:
Candidates must be able to communicate in English, read and follow recipes, and complete basic mathematical calculations *Requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in a high-volume production kitchen and 1 year experience in a supervisory role
Experience in high-volume sauce, soup & batch production preferred
Candidate must exhibit impeccable sanitation and culinary knowledge (incl. Specialty soups, mother sauces small sauces), accurate knife skills and the ability to lead and motivate staff
Culinary training or degree is preferred, but not required *Requires the ability to work organized and within a team environment
