Hours: Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:15 am - 6:15 pm; Rotating Saturday 8:45 am - 1:15 pm. Days and/or hours may vary and/or subject to change based on banking center needs.

This position is responsible for providing friendly and courteous customer service while completing various teller transactions. The Teller is expected to identify customer needs and refer new products and services on a daily basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greets each customer and prospective customer in a friendly and professional manner. Assists customer by completing all teller transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifies customer needs and refers new products and services on a daily basis to other departments and sales staff
- Identifies fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the bank
- Complies with current bank policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as State and Federal policies and regulations related to the position
- May service assigned ATMs at select locations
- Mentors teller trainees (when applicable)
- Maintains knowledge of current products and services
- Handles multiple tasks within a fast paced team environment and prioritizes work
- Communicates clearly in a professional manner with the ability to conduct business in a confidential manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a long period of time or sit; use hands and fingers, or feel objects, controls; and speak and hear. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms. Periodically required to lift and maneuver various denominations of coins, weighing approximately 25-50 lbs.
Subject to long periods of standing and moving from station to station in a fast paced and loud environment.
Equipment to be Used and Operated
Telephone, Coin Counter, Currency Counter, Computer Work Station, Copier and Calculator
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment; to perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner; to work as part of a team; to take instructions from supervisors; to exercise problem-solving skills within stated policy guidelines; and to interact with co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
Must immediately report all unsafe conditions to supervisor; must be familiar with all safety features of equipment, machinery, or materials encompassed by job duties; and must check with supervisor if there is a question as to the safe procedure to be used for any job function.
Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules and procedures as they relate to customer service, balancing, referral goals and transaction volume. In addition, employees must adhere to all bank policies and procedures whether communicated verbally or in writing.

Completion and successful score on the Teller Skills Assessment Test (TSAT)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months cash handling or customer service experience
- One (1) year teller experience with emphasis in sales and service
To be considered for this position, you must at least meet the basic qualifications.
