Tasks The Senior Consultant will be responsible for customizing, supporting, and developing extensions to our current software solutions. S/he will use open source software platforms, including JAVA, J2EE, Extended Markup Language (XML) based ORM (Object Relational Mapping), Spring, and Maven. S/he will utilize his/her experience in Java and Object Oriented technologies, as well as technologies including Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), XML, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Object Relational Management Systems (ORMS), and Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS). S/he will utilize development methodologies including SCRUM, Rational Unified Process (RUP), and Unified Markup Language (UML). S/he will use the SCRUM approach to customize/enhance the Java-Spring-iBatis based Credit Risk Rating web application which uses Dynamic Application Framework (DAF). S/he will efficiently implement software solutions consuming Web services and integrate them with the application. S/he will realize Credit Risk Rating models using the Visual Rules Modeler and adhere to business rules defined by the customers. S/he will effectively use the Team Server to manage the Visual Rules model versions and the Execution Server to invoke remote rule calls. S/he will utilize his/her product expertise of platforms such as Visual Rules, DAF, Team Server, and Execution Server.

Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Technology, or closely related technical field, plus five years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the position offered, or in a closely related field such as, Programmer, Software Engineer/Developer, Web Developer, or Assistant Engineer. Additionally, the applicant must have experience with: (i) open source software platforms, including JAVA, J2EE, XML based ORM (Object Relational Mapping), Spring, and Maven;; (ii) utilizing JAVA and Object Oriented Technologies, as well as Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Extended Markup Language (XML), SOA, Web Services, ORMS, and BRMS; and (iii) with development methodologies, including SCRUM, Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Unified Markup Language (UML).
