The PM mechanic is responsible for lubricating, performing safety checks, and monitoring fluid levels on trucks and equipment. This position assists light and heavy-duty mechanics during repairs and maintenance activities. Detailed Description
Replace engine oil and apply grease and other lubricants on light duty vehicles and equipment.
Monitor fluid levels on all vehicles and equipment.
Check and maintain cooling and hydraulic systems.
Maintain records and logs of fluid consumption.
Maintain schedules of all requests and work orders.
Assist mechanics during repairs and maintenance activities.
Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the general work area.
Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations. Job Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one year related training and experience required. Experience in the oil and gas industry and in the arctic environment preferred.
North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) safety training certification may be required.
