Position Description
Drives and enforces compliance in construction with the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement(ICE) regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)regulations, and company policies and procedures -Manages construction projects construction projects -Ensures construction budgets are met -Meets established construction timelines -Ensures construction quality is consistent with design specifications -Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for new store construction -Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity -Ensures business needs are being met
Minimum Qualification
3 to 5 years construction or engineering experience in a management position -Frequent travel required
Additional Preferred Quailification
BS or Master's degree in construction or engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in the construction/engineering field.
