Greets, assists and directs clients in Social Services. Greets clients and directs to appropriate case worker. Assists clients with applications and forms. Answers inquires about routine procedures and policies. Determines which program(s) client should apply for according to need. Maintains daily log of incoming clients and data to agency. Purges and shreds outdated files and materials. Researches and resolve problems regarding case numbers. Checks forms, records, reports, applications and other material for accuracy, completeness and conformity. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training in a clerical environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual, Spanish/English speakers encouraged to apply.
