Nissan Rotational Development Program-Global (NRDP-G) is a highly selective program for MBA graduates, designed to fill our leadership pipeline. Through high-impact stretch assignments and cross-functional teams and projects both in mature and emerging markets, it puts graduates from the world's finest MBA programs on an accelerated path to global leadership roles. It is a program for active managers, not passive observers, and allows proven leaders the flexibility to pursue their interests and growth needs. NRDP-G is a 4 to 5-year program including: 3-4 cross-functional, cross-regional rotations designed to provide a broad understanding of Nissan’s businesses/markets, mentoring/feedback from executives, and leadership training. Participants should have five to seven years of professional experience and the ambition and abilities to succeed in upper management and leadership roles.

5-7 years work experience strongly preferred, expertise preferred in any of the following areas: Finance, Marketing/Sales, Human Resources, Corporate Planning/Strategy, Engineering/Manufacturing
Must be globally mobile (willing to relocate & travel)
Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Undergraduate degree in Engineering is preferred
