CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stops at risk behavior of others and self. Take direction and respond to supervision.
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
Fill in during staff shortage.
Example of tasks include but are not limited to:
Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic English skills required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
DOD Security Clearance is required
COMPENSATION
Day Custodian: $8 to $10 per hour
Lead Custodian: $12 to $14 per hour
