Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing & Analytics-13001611

The Customer Engagement Marketing team is part of the CRM team within the Consumer Services organization. Our mission is to bring existing Cardmembers’ membership to life through ongoing communications and experiences.

This Senior Analyst will be responsible for leading reporting and marketing execution across key strategic priorities. Specifically, this person will analyze customer feedback, identify critical trends, and share findings with business partners so that we can resolve issues and improve the customer experience. In addition, this person will lead the execution for product marketing that showcases Card benefits and offers. This person will help ensure the team flawlessly executes marketing that is innovative, personalized, and relevant to our customers.

Job Responsibilities
-Maintain and share ongoing reporting to track Cardmember feedback. Synthesize data into recommendations and/or actions that will improve the business
-Own the end-to-end campaign execution process across multiple systems and databases. Work closely with the team to ensure 100% flawless delivery of campaigns
-Partner with creative agencies to deliver top quality marketing assets, on Schedule: -Assist team members on strategic initiatives and priorities
-Bring innovation and passion to the team. Come with new ideas and help us think of ways to improve our business and results

-Strong analytic skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
-Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple workstreams in parallel and be detailed oriented
-Ability to build strong working relationships with team and key partners
-Flexible team player comfortable with operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Able to adapt well to changing priorities and responsibilities
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority
-Prior experience executing marketing campaigns and/or working with creative agencies is a plus
-Undergraduate degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience
