Organizational Statement

St. Vincent New Hope is a not-for-profit, faith based organization, which has provided support service to individuals with developmental disabilities since 1978.

While New Hope has historically provided residential services, the strong commitment to serve populations in need has resulted in a variety of new services within the continuum. In addition to the community-based residential options, services and supports are provided in the school setting and family homes.

Department Marketing Statement

Four to eight adults with developmental disabilities reside together in a home in the community. There is 24-hour supervision, and individualized training on functional living skills. Homes are located in northwest Marion County and Hamilton County. Most of the homes are wheelchair accessible.


This role is responsible for providing leadership and care for the individuals in either a group home or supported living setting. Strong organizational, oral and written skills as well as previous supervisory experience are a must.


NW: Mon - Fri 8a - 5p, some evenings, with on call responsibilities

Preferred Qualification:
One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field preferred.

Basic Qualification:
Must possess a valid Indiana Operators License and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Proof of car insurance

Must be able to read, speak and write English to be understood by individuals who may have communication deficits
