Trace3 is a leading Systems Integrator in the South West United States We are currently looking for a strong Systems Admin Engineer for projects in the Denver CO 80112 area Please see description below and send resumes to staghavitrace3com SUMMARY Implement install configure and maintain organizations network operations hardware operations applications and infrastructure Builds and maintains server environment for Active Directory SQL Server Exchange and other application servers Design implement and support for server and desktop operating systems including Windows 2003 2008 Windows XP and Windows 7 Design implement and support for virtual and physical servers and appliances Troubleshoots infrastructure performance issues and develops disaster recovery and business continuity plans Recommend upgrades patches and new applications and equipment Work on research projects assigned by senior IT management Provide technical help and guidance to the Red Robin IT team Work collaboratively with external IT Operations providers RESPONSIBILITIES Configure and troubleshoot MS Exchange Assist application administrators to configure and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues Design and implement antivirus and antispam solutions Design and implement data archival and mobile access solutions Design configure and administer SQL Server environment This would include monitoring capacity performance and business continuity solutions Manage and support cloud based software solutions including business and operations applications Manage and support VMWare ESX environment Manage and support monitoring and compliance applications This will include monitoring for access performance uptime and compliance requirements Provide support for application integration deployment and hardware interfaces Manage and support for application servers and appliances This will include onsite and remote environments Design configure and maintain organization Active Directory permissions authentication and structure Be proactive in researching and gaining understanding of new technology and its potential within RRGB continue to evaluate network design to ensure flexibility and reliability Develop and maintain plans for disaster recovery and business continuity REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years IT experience with all aspects of Network Operations Support 35 years of experience supporting network infrastructure 35 years of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows servers deployment in an enterprise network organization Minimum 3 years specialized Microsoft Windows environment Technical certifications (MCSE) and Operating systems experience (LINUXUNIX) a plus Experience supporting Active Directory Experience provisioning and supporting MS SQL Server Experience with Windows (Server Active Directory MS Exchange clustering) Good written and verbal communications skills Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated experience implementing and executing security policy and procedures Demonstrated handson experience with various access and security related technologies Group Policy Windows scripting OS hardening Experience with ITIL a plus
