A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years experience in the A/E/C industry. Requires a motivated self-starter with excellent organization and communication skills who is proficient in AutoCAD. Familiarity with Department of Commerce code, uniform building codes, and ASHRAE standards a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Elite and/or Trane load programs also a plus. Ability to obtain multi-state PE registration is desired.
