The candidate must be 100% bilingual (English and Spanish). Provide excellent customer service to our consumers. This position will assist our consumer's via phone, mail and walk in (in person). Candidate should have 1-3 years of previous banking or financial industry experience and or 1 year associates degree.

Knowledge of the FCRA and U.S. credit industry a plus.. Candidate should have successful previous inbound call center. Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience with MS software ( Excel, Word, Power Point) is suggested and be computer and internet proficient. Good problem solving and decision making skills required. Being a team player in a fast paced office environment will ensure their success. This position has monthly quality and production objectives.

Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service for all consumer telephone or written requests for disclosure and dispute

Able to read and understand the Credit file

Assist business customers as appropriate.

Recommend changes or additions to existing consumer service policies, practices, or procedures

Problem resolution and special projects as needed


Required Skills:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Proficient in ACIS, ACRO, and Equifax's disclosure, indicating and ACD functions

Detailed oriented and able to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Able to set priorities

Ability to work as a part of a small team.

Willing to take initiative and make decisions

Maintains a high level of quality and production monthly
