This is a full-time 12-month position to oversee all aspects of digital media production, social media, media relations, public relations and publicity for the Seton Hall Athletic department. Leadership responsibilities include developing and managing a digital media and strategic communications plan for the entire athletics department, crisis communications (if necessary), and national media coverage for select events, teams and student-athletes. This position serves as primary spokesperson for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. The Assistant Athletic Director will oversee the work of four (4) full-time employees and several interns; evaluate staff performance and provide leadership and guidance. This position will manage the budget and expenses for the sports communications department.
