The Client Representative will support the daily business needs of our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner •Review and submit trades on Autofund for management approval •Research and resolve trade reject errors •Resubmit rejected trades for management approval •Coordinate and assist customer with any trade/settlement issues •Upon customer instructions, facilitate money moves with the Trust Company •Review overdraft report and submit customer instructions to the Trust Company •Assist with Customer installations and conversions •Process manual trades as instructed by the customer for management approval •Process plan terminations as instructed by the customer for management approval
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related discipline. Experience: One year of financial services experience, preferably in the brokerage or mutual fund industry.
Must obtain FINRA Series 6 or 7 license within 90 days of hire.
