Immediate openings for Administrative Assistants in a variety of industries including Legal, Finance,
Real Estate and Healthcare.
Minimum Qualifications include:
- Skilled in operating office equipment to include telephone, headset, computer and printer.
- Must be able to multi-task and function effectively and consistently in fast-paced environment.
- Must have a professional appearance in attire and a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & Access
- Filing, data entry, and phone experience (preferably as an Administrative Assistant)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Proven ability to complete tasks with a deadline
- Previous customer services experience a must!
- Ability to see the benefits of long term goals
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information is mandatory.
