Assisting customers with their auto parts questions and needs (either in-person or via telephone).
Operating a cash register, computer and paper cataloging systems and processing daily paperwork and forms.
Effectively communicating features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE (P2) Parts Certification is a definite plus,
Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal),
A positive attitude and great personal drive,
A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
Availabilty to work on weekends is favored,
Prior knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems are helpful.
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation is a MUST!
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Both a pre-employment drug screen and background check are required for all applicants for this position.
