Job Advertisement: As a Rehab Program Mgr Ther Asst at Aegis Therapies, you’ll supply vital support for all of our work. Specifically, you will be responsible for providing meaningful and effective support for the day-to-day operations. The individual should have demonstrated excellent clinical management, interpersonal communication, sales and marketing, leadership and organizational skills of the caliber required to successfully coordinate, through others, the total operations of one facility. Minimum of five (5) years experience, two (2) years in leadership role, or have served as a Clinical Specialist or Master Clinician.
Graduate from an accredited four (4) year program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required.
Must possess working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and electronic communications.
Regularly completes all duties outlined in a licensed therapists job description.
Must meet all local health regulations, pass a post-offer drug test, background check and a post-offer employment physical exam, if required.
Must demonstrate an ability to lead by example, train through doing and possess mentoring capabilities.
Must be a geriatric advocate.
Must be able to travel occasionally with overnight stays.
Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
