PeaceHealth Laboratories is looking for a candidate with an eye for detail and the ability to use critical thinking skills to join our marketing and communications department.
The position is responsible for reviewing, editing and entering changes to our laboratory test menu that is published on our website. The person will coordinate with scientific and technical teams to ensure accuracy and patient safety.

'Prepares in writing and distributes a monthly test specification change document
'Coordinates the biannual review of all test specifications with laboratory technical teams
'Processes laboratory client change forms
'Maintains and edits information in the customer relationship management (CRM) program
High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years related experience in data entry; strong attention to details and critical thinking skills; proficient in Word and Excel; excellent spelling and grammar; ability to meet deadlines and proof own work; good customer service skills; ability to travel as needed (approximately two times per year).
