Supports VTCSOM Hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Responsible for the coordination and management of research and inter professionalism domains during years one through four of Medical School. These include coordinating highly rigorous schedules and administrative curriculum planning/mapping through blackboard, One45, and other forms of education software. Coordinator must develop an administrative process, prioritization, short and long-term plans, and be overall coordinator of research and inter professionalism domains.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required and preferred in sciences or education. In lieu of degree may be substituted with 10 years of project manager level experience.
Experience: Experience in administrative management. Demonstrated progression through increased levels of responsibility.
Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: None
Other Minimum Qualifications: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Highly skilled in customer service problem solving and building a program from the ground up. Ability to communicate and provide recommendations and insight for process improvement. Ability to proactively identify needs and solutions. Excellent communicator and superb written and verbal presentation skills. Familiarization of basic Microsoft Software, blackboard, and One45.
