The Change Effectiveness Specialist is responsible for performing change management activities in support of the Transform Core Processes with Technology (TCPT) strategic move under the direction of the Global Project Office Director and in partnership with the Organizational Readiness Director. This role combines strong people skills with analytical ability to execute change management activities and facilitate change adoption across Compassion and its partners. This role works with the other members of the Organizational Readiness Team to ensure change management activities are aligned with other organizational readiness activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty and challenging and enabling those within one’s influence to greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children.
Actively and effectively supports the ongoing development of Compassion’s change management methodology at all levels.
Conduct activities and provide thought leadership for development, communications, coaching, training, impact assessments, risk assessments, resistance management, surveys, measures, and other related activities as part of Compassion’s change management initiatives and methodology.
Actively support TCPT Move strategy, projects, and activities.
Serve as the change management liaison with any external partners, coordinating and ensuring alignment of change management efforts between partners and Compassion.
Draft reports, presentations and materials to support change management activities.
Provide change management guidance and input to the project management and organizational readiness initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in related field.
4 years experience in change management, project management or similar related experience, including 2 years of dedicated experience with change management responsibilities.
