Designs launch playbooks for top audiences that capture sales communications and training plans for delivering launch information to sales partners, including key deliverables, interdependencies, and processes.Represents the ‘voice of the sales partner’ by conducting continuous audience needs analyses both during and outside of the launch process.Responsible for launch execution through detailed planning, issue resolution, deliverable development, message refinement, systems readiness, developmental editing, copyediting, and delivery of sales communications to maximize impact at product launch.Coordinates on worldwide and regional execution, including assessing achievements, opportunities, and progress towards goals.Drives launch improvement by using data to drive continuous refinement of launch strategy, deliverables, processes, and execution to improve effectiveness at the point of sale.Develops and delivers worldwide and regional launch scorecards that assess global and regional execution around launch execution, communication consumption, and asset usage.Expert at audience management and using content management systems and push communication vehicles to deliver sales resources to targeted audiences. Identifies and advocates for enhancements.Accountable for how Apple products and launch resources are represented on Apple Sales Web, with a goal of ensuring sales partners can easily access and consume launch content.Provides leadership to worldwide and regional business partners by establishing repeatable processes, and implements cross-region forums to enable collaboration.Transforms sales business, planning, and operational information into sales messages that influence behavior and achieve sales goals. The Sales Training and Communications team is seeking a Senior Launch Experience Specialist to lead global teams in delivering timely, relevant, and persuasive sales messages that launch and sustain momentum for Apple announcements on new products.This candidate will be the ‘voice of the sales partner’ and ensure learnings have the information they need to support new product launch activities and engage in effective sales conversations. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving sales communication launch activities, including developing the strategic vision and tactical requirements to improve launch globally.

The candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, Training, and Communications to maximize sales opportunities and communicate sales information to new and existing customers.Candidates must have strong communication skills, product management experience, and knowledge of the sales experience. They will be expected to achieve their goals by directing and managing the efforts of others, as well as executing as an individual contributor.
