A Banking Services Representatives primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identify customer needs and recommend financial products and services to consumer and small business customers. Act as Northways face to the customer and consistently seek to enhance our customers commitment by demonstrating a sincere desire to exceed their expectations. Ensure regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act, are adhered to. Contribute to a positive team environment in the banking center through 360-degree coaching. Demonstrate Northways fundamental values and exhibit a positive commitment to the companys objectives. May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours and regular, reliable attendance is critical. (The position described herein may be performed differently within a banking center (BC) based on many factors including the size of the office, the number of transactions, and the experience and amount of staff.)

Act as an ambassador of the bank - smile and greet customers using established guidelines, and provide basic teller services. Build customer commitment through courtesy and friendliness, including addressing each customer by name. Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and services.
