Banking - Manager - Customer ServiceAs a Branch Operations Manager at Pacific Western Bank, you will be responsible for delivering superb customer service experience to our banking clients. Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day operational functions of the branch Approve customer and bank transactions within authority limits Ensure bank policies and procedures are followed by staff Hiring, training, and retention of staff Expense control Maintain high customer service standards Resolve customer service issues Review daily reports Engage in written counselings and performance evaluations Meet deposit growth goals Achieve satisfactory audit ratings Identity and mitigate operational risk Recommend bank services that would be beneficial to customer
