L&T Health and Fitness (L&T) is now accepting applications for an energetic, service oriented group exercise instructor for a fitness facility in Manassas, VA.
L&T Health and Fitness ( www.ltwell.com ) is dedicated to managing fitness and wellness programs for individuals and organizations across the country. Founded and incorporated in 1984, L&T is a woman-owned business enterprise based in Falls Church, VA that operates over 40 corporate, government, and hospital based fitness facilities.
Job Scope:
Teach low impact group exercise class for seniors
Offer innovative group exercise classes that include cardiovasular training and core conditioning
Assist in day-to-day operations of the fitness center as needed
Available Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday 9:30 - 10:30 am
Job Qualifications:
CPR, AED, and group exercise certifications required
First aid certification preferred
Strong group exercise skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills required
Personable; positive attitude
