POSITION: Receptionist
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Primary responsibilities include high volume telephone support and providing the O perations De partment with administrative support.

  • Answering and Directing Telephone Calls
  • Greeting visitors and guests
  • Faxing, Scanning and Filing
  • Assisting Quality C ontrol Departments of new accounts, clerical changes, and transactions as needed
  • Data E ntry (when needed)
  • Creating and sending emails and letters
  • Additional administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to communicate effectiv ely, both orally and in writing
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Use of the utmost discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suit e

  • Ability to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to ascend and descend a set of stairs
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-20 pounds as needed.
  • Listen, talk, interact, and effectively communicate with other employees, supervisors and outside contacts

  • Bending, reaching and twisting in the performance of daily job functions

Education: College degree preferred

Experience: 1-2 years Financial Services Industry preferred
