Duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
• Be able to lift/carry up to forty (40) pounds.
• Participate in daily line-ups.
• Completing all tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Pre-bussing tables down to necessary utensil usage.
• Complete table maintenance (crumbing, pre-bussing, re-filling beverages, etc.)
• Must be able to work varied shifts; weekends, holidays, overtime, etc.
• Assist other DRAs when needed or directed by manager.
• Assist servers when needed or directed by manager.
• Assist host/hostess when needed or directed by manager.
• Deliver food according to seat numbers.
• Can carry tray with plates, glassware, etc.
• Separate dishes in dish-pit into proper cleaning racks/receptacles.
• Replenish beverages, bread, condiments, etc. for guests.
• Ability to deal graciously with the public and handle multiple duties at one time.
