The Businesss Analyst is responsible for managing terms and conditions associated with various Joint Venture partnership and customer agreements within a given area. This person should have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills in order to create positive working relationships among all parties working with Access Midstream. Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Lead negotiations and draft letter agreements as appropriate with outside parties - Run economic studies determining project viability as required - Manage annual fee re-determination process associated with customer agreements - Work closely with Gas Supply and Business Development groups as new deals are developed within the area - Work with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and other key field personnel to ensure that projects are built according to customer requests and within compliance of all existing contracts - Administer and faciliate shipper well connection requests ensuring afe’s are created and processed allowing for business decisions to be made in a timely manner - Oversee cash management within partnership and and exercise pre-payment option call rights when necessary - Assist in Acqusition and Divestiture processes - Prepare and give presentations at monthly partnership meetings - Coordinate with GIS groups ensuring data is up to date and in compliance with contracts for accurate mapping and presentation material - Work with legal on contract interpretation and analysis - Track critical dates within various agreeements to ensure dealines are met - Coordinate with functional groups within Access to ensure that information is flowing as appropriate - All duties are to be performed in accordance with Chesapeake’s Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines

        Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Minimum Requirements: - Basic Understanding of oil and gas contracts - Basic knowledge of financial analysis and economic evaluation methods - Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build productive customer and partner relationships - Conflict management and resolution experience - Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to set and meet deadlines - Exceptional presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal English communications skills Preferred: - Extensive understanding of oil and gas contracts - Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis and economic evaluation methods Education & Work Experience required Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting - 3-5 years experience Preferred : - Master’s degree in business or related field
