Our inbound Customer Service Call Center is in Boca Raton, Florida. Customer Service is one of our highest priorities.Primary Job Functions: (This position is located in Boca Raton, Florida.) Performs on-line data entry for transfers, allocations and withdrawal requests from participants. Responds to incoming calls from participants and prospects. Answers questions relating to company products. Fulfills requests for product and plan literature. Updates Contact Management System (CMS) as required; refers callers interested in product information to Rollover Department or Regional Offices. Processes transfer requests from Transfer & Allocation forms received via US Mail or via fax from regional offices. Processes regional office requests for customer indentification and addresses. Assist in ensuring processed transactions are executed accurately. Compensation: $30,000 to $33,000 base salary, plus annual bonus earning potential targeted at 15% of base salary.Benefits: Our exceptional benefits program starts on the first day of employment. Requirements: 4-year Bachelor's degree. (Please do not apply if you do not have a 4-year college degree.) FINRA Series 6 license - or must obtain license within first 90 days of employment. 1 to 2 years prior customer service and/or sales experience. Excellent telephone voice and communication skills. Must be available to work an 8-hour, rotating shift schedule, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. (No weekend required!!!) Must be able to work cohesively within a team environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
