This position will be responsible for assisting with maintenance of minute books, corporate records and stock ledgers, "blue sky" and other state and federal filings, as well as assisting with merger and acquisition transactions. Must be able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules. Superb organizational, analytical and communications skills is a must. This position requires a 4 year degree and at least
1 year experience in an office setting, corporate experience is preferred. Also requires basic computer skills including Word and Excel, and strong references. Must be able to lift, carry, and/or use a cart to transport document files and boxes.
