  • Initial set-up of account in production systems
  • Provide end-user support for use of 3rd party application and our application
  • Investigate and resolve account issues

functions. Education and Experience This position requires a minimum of a 4-years college degree in Business or Computer Science (or related field). Successful candidates are also expected to have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have the ability and willingness to make effective decisions and set priorities according to the needs of the organizational and project.
