- Assist with Maintenance of attendance records.
- Distribute ‘Hot Slips’ to instructors.
- Proctor instructor evaluations at the end of each module.
- File student documentation as necessary.
- Attend, record, and distribute minutes at departmental meetings.
- Assist in sending communications for Advisory Board meetings.
- Serve as recording secretary to all Advisory Boards.
- Offer clerical support to Department Managers as necessary.
- Ordering, inventory, and distribution of student textbooks.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 years clerical support experience.
- Computer expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Time management and customer service skills required.
- Must be detail oriented.
