Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with Maintenance of attendance records.
  • Distribute ‘Hot Slips’ to instructors.
  • Proctor instructor evaluations at the end of each module.
  • File student documentation as necessary.
  • Attend, record, and distribute minutes at departmental meetings.
  • Assist in sending communications for Advisory Board meetings.
  • Serve as recording secretary to all Advisory Boards.
  • Offer clerical support to Department Managers as necessary.
  • Ordering, inventory, and distribution of student textbooks.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

  • Minimum of 1 years clerical support experience.
  • Computer expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Time management and customer service skills required.
  • Must be detail oriented.
