Responsible for performing confidential secretarial and quasi-administrative work of considerable difficulty, requiring judgment and discretion. First point of contact with clients, in a social service organization through phone and personal contact. Must possess computer skills.
EDUCATION: Graduation from high school or GED, with one or more years of post high school training preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Three or more years of increased responsibility and experience.
REQUIREMENT: Computer knowledge in creating databases and programs, multi-task orientated, excellent organizational skills.
As part of the interview process applicants may be required to demonstrate interpersonal skills with clientele and phone system.
