We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable & hard working person to join our team as a Day Stocker in a highly fast paced environment, with the necessary skills to motivate and encourage team work and productivity.

  • You must have six (6) months Administrative experience in a professional office.
  • Intermediate computer skills (familiar with MS Office products, Word & Excel)
  • The ability to fluently speak, read, and write English is mandatory for this position.
  • You must be available during the day on holidays and weekends, Monday thru Sunday; 8am to 7:30pm. * This position is part-time and approximately 3 to 5 hours per day.
  • You must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Primary responsibilities include:

 Assist Project Manager with daily task that include but not limited to:
New hire processing, general clerical, Daily Reports, Employee attendance, Supply orders, Safety meetings and keep open communication with store director and main office.
 Supervise and work beside Day Stockers and Day Custodian employees. Ensuring the day stockers meet or exceed their production goals in accordance to company policy and procedures. Properly stock the goods in an organized and timely manner on the shelves and displays. Paying special attention to product rotation and placement, while keeping track of product life and expiration dates.
 Ensure the day custodians complete all duties assigned, and that they have been done correctly, with attention to detail.
 The day custodian will clean up all spills, broken merchandise and any other unsafe or unsanitary condition in the Commissary entrances; exits, front end and sales floor area within 5 minutes of being notified by the government. During inclement weather they will insure that safe conditions are maintained in the entrance, vestibule, ID desk area, cart storage, exit, front end and sales floor area.
 The day custodian will respond to emergency daytime custodial tasks within five minutes. The patron restrooms will be inspected, at a minimum of every two hours. The day custodian will clean and re-supply restrooms starting at the beginning of their shift and throughout the times stated above, for daytime custodial.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The associate is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and reaches from 6-72 inches.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently exposed to wet, hot, or cold conditions and moving material and handling equipment.
