Post by Jobing - Purpose/Duties: Dominate in service by processing member transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsible for providing a high level of quality service while cross–selling credit union products and services. Must be able to work Saturday’s. Required to participate in annual training, or as required for BSA and the Privacy Act.

High School Diploma or equivalent. One to two years of similar or related experience. This position requires the ability to identify and solve problems requiring some analysis or research to determine the best solution. Must possess good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with members, with a focus on transaction processing.
- Balancing each day’s transactions including verifying cash totals. · Conducts transactions on member accounts accurately and in compliance with established policies, procedures and state and federal regulations such as the BSA, and Privacy Act. · Performs ATM balancing and replenishment. · Professional and efficient communications with all departments and branches in order to promote synergy.
- May be responsible for opening and/ or closing the branch. · Responsible for upholding all credit union ethical standards. · Represents the credit union in a courteous and professional manner. · Perform other essential job functions as required or assigned.
Courtesy and tact are essential elements of the job. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, common office equipment, Windows based PC, 10 key caluculator. Must be able to count money.
