The Distribution Services segment of our company is dedicated to the wholesale distribution of specialty pharmaceuticals - focusing on oncology and other specialty products. Our Specialty Patient Services group provides compliance and adherence programs, as well as reimbursement hotlines, patient assistance and support programs and the managed distribution of pharmaceutical products. Our Specialty Solution Center is the largest single-site call center in healthcare, offering a centralized approach to optimize manufacturer product reimbursement and access. The US Oncology operations unite one of the nation's largest health-care services network devoted exclusively to cancer treatment and research, and is a pioneer in community-based cancer care. Annually, the united network of more than 9,000 physicians, clinicians, nurses, and administrators delivers integrated cancer care to more than 850,000 cancer patients in community-based clinics located in 41 states.

Financial Planning & Analysis:
Produce monthly financial package for Group Purchasing Organization, Clinical, Specialty Pharmacy and Oral strategy business segments. Analyze and report key business drivers for variances for each business segment/cost centers.
Review department expenses and allocations to insure accuracy. Prepare journal entries, reclasses, and accruals as needed.
Collaborate with key business partners each month to manage accuracy of six quarter rolling forecasts. The forecast includes revenue by drug product families and operating expenses by key cost elements, payroll, T&E, outside service and allocations. Provide business drivers for variances on day 5.
Review monthly AR balance and make recommendations and review AR reserve quarterly for the GPO
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the tracking and monitoring of business segments revenue and costs.
Develop and track metrics to measure business segment performance.
Provide recommendations and initiate action plans to improve current forecasting and reporting functions.
Partner with business partners to identify risks and opportunities to the business
Support annual budgeting process

Support periodic and ad hoc analysis and reporting for Specialty management departments. This includes, but is not limited to development of financial models to analyze new business opportunities, consolidated reporting package and financial presentations.

5+ years accounting experience

Business Experience –
5+ years of FP&A experience
Expertise in Excel
Ability to create complex financial models for ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Good understanding for financial statements; Knowledge of finance policies, practices and systems;
Excellent problem solving skills
Desire to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SAP, BW/COPA, and TM1 preferred

MBA preferred in finance or related field or equivalent experience
