Primary Purpose:
Prevent/reduce loss due to bad debt, cash over/shorts, and civil liabilities, reduce shrink, and improve margins.
Essential Functions:
Ensure detection and apprehension in external theft
Provides Customer service
Reduces Customer and associate dishonesty by initiating and encouraging actions to prevent external and internal theft
Monitors large shrink areas in stores
Reports incidents to Loss Prevention Manager
Satisfies Customer and associate relations through communications and training
Assists Loss Prevention Manager, as required
Provides credible court testimony
Identifies areas of high theft
Ensures compliance with corporate policies
Demonstrates, recognizes, and complies with Q and Service Plus actions
Participates in mandatory training programs
