This opportunity is within our Wealth Management group.

Provides clerical/administrative support to one or more departments. Conducts and summarizes internal and external surveys to gather information for policy development and plans. Maintains and distributes current information.

File materials, locate and retrieve materials from files as directed.

Sort, distribute, and/or pick up mail between mail room and individual stations.

Perform miscellaneous errands such as picking up supplies and/or delivering messages/reports.

Contact customers, suppliers or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information. Resolve many questions and problems through knowledge of established policies.

Compile various reports of some complexity in accordance with standard procedures.

Additional responsibilities as directed by Leadership.

Requirements
Two to Four years experience required for consideration.

A High School diploma is required.

Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Familiar with applicable computer software. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Location: Memphis, TN

Monday - Friday
8AM - 5PM
