Our Maintenance Team assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding
interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. They
calibrate and repair equipment; maintain critical standards for raw and finished product,
cleanliness and sanitation; upload product from delivery truck; and rotate stock
appropriately. They also maintain a high level of cleanliness; strive to satisfy customers;
adhere to high standards; and take initiative.
As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be supported with the tools and training
needed to succeed in our organization.
The ideal Maintenance Team Member demonstrates the ability to work with limited
supervision, has the ability to lift 40 pounds, works well with other team members,
follows management direction, and is focused on customer satisfaction. They work with
a sense of urgency and posses the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take pride
in their work, model great service to all customers, enjoy working in a team environment,
and are dependable and driven. A High School diploma (or equivalent) and previous
maintenance experience is preferred.
