Customer Service Coordinators are trained to work in all aspects of customer service in the salon including Front Desk, Hostess, and Marketing & Reservation Center.
Checks customers in for services, offers beverage, hangs coats
Monitors client wait time and follows-up as necessary with stylists/technicians
Serves as a resource to clients regarding salon/spa services, pricing information, and product knowledge
Schedules appointments utilizing knowledge of computer software, SpaBiz
Audits paperwork of services performed with electronic check-out screens on computer. Collects customer payments. At end of shift, responsible for the removal and recording of cash and other forms of payment in register.
Responds to client inquires and/or client complaints, resolves challenges based on level of challenge presented or refers client complaint to management
Replenishes and arranges merchandise as needed.
General cleaning such as shelves, counters, coffee bars, etc.
Solicits sale of new or additional services
At least one year of customer service experience
