You're empowered to do your best by with managing Operational Projects throughout the organization! Are you a subject matter expertise in project management (including: scope definition, risk/issue identification and mitigation, resource allocation, tracking financials, and meeting facilitation)? Assist us with strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and complete projects. Youâ€™ll investigate non-standard requests and problems, makes presentations to senior leadership, and ensure project documentation is accurate. All projects managed by you will be completed on time and within scope and budget. Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks. You will be responsible for prioritizing your work load and may be assigned ad hoc projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating project plans, driving the team to completion of deliverables, preparing weekly status reports, setting up/facilitating meetings, participating in weekly work stream lead calls, tracking financials, monitoring change requests, documenting issues/risks, supporting the work stream leads, and drafting key deliverables. You will be assigned to multiple high-profile projects within the organization.
Â· BA/BS degree in Project Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience.
Â· 4+ years of project management experience with large-scale, high-profile projects
Â· Project Management Professional (PMPÂ®) PMP Certification is a plus
Â· Experience with HEDIS data as well as quality management & improvement is a plus
Â· Advanced level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
Â· Intermediate level of proficiency with Visio and SharePoint.
Â· Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
Â· Defines project strategy, objectives, scope, and budget consistently within expectations.
Â· Follows standards and processes for project planning, quality assurance, issue resolution, and risk management.
