This position will work from systems designs and/or other written or verbal instructions to develop, test, and implement applications to solve business problems or facilitate business opportunities. Demonstrate and apply programming skills in the appropriate programming languages.

Requirements:Candidate must have the following experience:
2+ years of VB.Net and/or C# experience
2+ year of experience with SQL Server 2000/2005 or above
2+ years of experience with .NET framework 2.0 and above
2+ years experience with systems analysis
Experience with Cobol programming is a plus
Experience with IBM midrange systems is a plus
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using the English language
Must be able to work for any employer in the U.S. without company sponsorship
