Performs responsibilities in support of the Business Unit in a variety of administrative and clerical assignments.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·


Order catering, including set up or tear down as needed for all events/meetings
·
Order company cell phone administration
·
Schedule birthday /anniversary celebrations
·
Purchase gift cards
·
Order business cards
·
Makes travel arrangements
·
Log customer service surveys
·
Costco trips as needed but typically twice per month
·
Screen and process all incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
·
Multi-task as required by assignments from management. Move from project to project with minimal down-time and limited supervision.
·
Take minutes of meetings and distribute as required. Distribute reports as requested.
·
Complete and process expense reports, pay adjustments, etc., as requested.
·
Creates and executes MPS plans, meets MPS commitments and works within the guidelines of MPS; reflects Milgard’s business values and the Milgard philosophy in all business interactions.
·
Incorporates Milgard’s vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to the Milgard philosophy.
·
Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures
·
Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Proven ability to multi-task

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:
·


High School diploma or GED
·

Complete knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
·

Ten key operation by touch
·

Excellent phone customer service skills required

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:
·


Read, write and understand the English language
·
Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
·
Ability to learn new computer software programs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
·


Prolonged sitting and excess data entry and typing
·

Minimal lifting of office equipment and supplies
·

May be required to frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
·

Hand dexterity and strength
·

Overtime may be required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
·


Work performed indoors in a climate controlled environment
·
Multiple phone lines
