Job Description:
ECommerce Partners, a leading provider of ecommerce and online marketing solutions, requires an enthusiastic junior level Account Executive / Project Manager to join our existing team. This challenging role will require you to adapt quickly to our fast-paced work-environment. Ecommerce experience, strong communication/organizational skills are a must, as is a sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for supervising customer projects,developing new products and services to meet cutting edge customer requirements and accept overall responsibility for Customer Relation Management.
The ideal candidate will have strong communications skills and basic experience with eCommerce solutions. You will be in charge of new clients, from the moment their site is launched. This includes to evaluate their needs and manage customer projects from start to end. Your CRM and web experience will allow you to consistently be aware of opportunities while
monitoring customer satisfaction and deadlines.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Ultimate administrative responsibility for existing client installations
Continuous advancement and improvement of our eCommerce solutions.
Supervise management of ecommerce projects in all customer related activities.
Work closely with Product Management and Technology to translate customer requirements into cutting-edge products that provide maximum value to our clients.
Ability to develop excellent customer relations and establish our professional authority
Requirements:
Understanding of eCommerce solutions and web applications
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of system design and architecture.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills. You will need to communicate clearly with clients and product managers alike.
Salary Range:
Negotiable depending on experience and performance
