Your daily responsibilities include:
Responsible for fostering a fun environment
Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
Responsible for all aspects of guest relations and the quality of experience that slot team members deliver
Assist Director with all aspects of performance management of department personnel, analysis, planning, directing, staffing and cost control
Responsible for the co-development, interpretation and implementation of departmental policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations
Ensure all policies, procedures and practices are consistently followed and comply with the company’s service standards, brand attributes, policies, collective bargaining agreements and regulatory requirements
Remain open to change and vary opinion based on new information; perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change; manage transitions effectively from task to task; adapt to varying guest needs
Positively respond to all guest concerns to promote a return visit
Maintain a collaborative and supportive relationship with other managers inter and intra – departmentally
Effectively respond to Director in all areas of guest interaction, team member relations and daily operations
Assist management in the identification of areas of potential labor inefficiencies
Generate various labor reports from data gathered through observations, schedule analysis, and the timekeeping/payroll systems
Assist with administrative duties related to slot moves and the upkeep of all slot files Assist management in the analysis of periodic financial results, identify opportunities for revenue growth or expense reduction
Collect data, input data, perform data analysis, develop and distribute reports
Be knowledgeable about player events, marketing promotions and services/amenities throughout the property
Provide positive communication and use Red Carpet Training skills with every guest
Responsible for the timely evaluation of all direct reports and conducting introductory period and annual performance reviews
Maintains an open door policy to address team member concerns in a timely manner
Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff
Perform any reasonable temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:

Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Must enjoy hosting others
Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have demonstrated computer application skills
Three or more years in Slot management, plus three or more years experience within the service industry
Able to analyze facts and details to provide a report or solution to a problem
Ability to read, interpret and write, documents such as safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces
