JOB SCOPE Assemble/refurbish all Weatherford Tool low pressure rotating control heads (RCH) when drilling operation is completed. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Steam clean, sandblast, and paint all RCH equipment.

Build/refurbish high/low pressure RCH equipment when drilling job is complete. Inspect and determine when parts are no longer usable. Document all parts that are used in a low pressure RCH. Troubleshoot problems on low pressure RCH.

Maintain tools and equipment. Assist in inventory management. Maintain supply of oil and lubricants required for rebuilds/new RCH's. Inspect and refurbish Kelly drivers after completion of drilling job.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Essential 3+ years experience in related field Basic mechanical skills Strong troubleshooting skills Good communication skills Good organizational skills SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Essential The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations. Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Calls will not be accepted for this position.
