The Vice President Sales & Marketing will provide leadership and coordination of company sales & marketing functions such as the following:

· Direct and coordinate Company sales and marketing functions
· Develop and coordinate sales process and methodology
· Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
· Conduct sales calls to local customers and businesses
· Develop and manage Company sales and marketing reporting functions that can track, measure, and analyze performance such as occupancy trends and conversion ratios
· Develop the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics, and resources necessary to achieve planned objective and goals
· Plan and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts including public relations and community outreach
· Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communication materials such as signage, brochures, ads, press releases, etc.
· Assist with rate analysis and pricing recommendations
· Manage and direct market analysis and competitive analysis
· Direct web-based marketing strategies
· Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated; support marketing plan objectives, and an effective expenditure of resources
· Establish performance goals for all sales employees, and monitoring performance on a continual basis
· Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and key referral sources
· Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company

Required Qualifications and skills

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; Master's Degree preferred
· Minimum 6-8 years’ experience within the cable or telecom industry
· Knowledge and experience with video, data, wireless and voice service
· Knowledge and experience with structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
· Experience in strategic planning and execution
· Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts
· Excellent PC skills and other related software applications
· Strong organizational, time management, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
· Strong leadership skills
· Strong analytical and financial acumen
