Union Square-based tech startup seeks a highly ambitious multi-tasker to serve as a receptionist, manage recruiting schedules, and support the Office Manager to help ensure welcoming presence for all guests and recruits, complete accuracy in scheduling, and full service partnering with office manager for key administrative tasks. This individual would report directly to the VP of Talent and would be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
Receptionist at front desk
Scheduling of all recruiting candidates
Assistant to Office Manager
Ordering and stocking kitchen and office supplies
Ordering, setting out, and cleaning up after office lunches
Cleaning and tidying up general office areas

Required Skills
Completed 4 year bachelors degree with high academic achievement
